Management is not responsible for valuables left unattended.

Clean up after use.
Do not leave cooking unattended.
Dispose of food waste properly.

12. Pets

Parking is at the owner’s risk.

14. Illegal Activities
Drugs, weapons, gambling, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Management may immediately terminate the stay without refund.

15. Cancellation Policy

No-shows may be charged according to the booking policy.

16. Wi-Fi

Illegal downloading or misuse is prohibited.

17. Lost & Found
Found items will be kept for 30 days.
Shipping costs for returned items are borne by the guest.
